PROTECTIONS:

Low Voltage Protection: when the battery is in low voltage condition, the inverter will shut down, at the same time, an alarm will sound and the indicator light will turn on.

Over Voltage Protection: when the input voltage higher than rated voltage, the inverter will shut down, at the same time, an alarm will sound and the indicator light will turn on.

Overload Protection: When the load wattage exceeds inverter rated watts, the inverter will shut down, at the same time, an alarm will sound and the indicator light will turn on.

Reverse Polarity Protection: when the inverter is connected reversely, inverter's fuse will be burnt to protect the inverter. The DC input side with mosfet protection will not work. You have to replace all burnt fuses.

Short Circuit Protection: When the output side is short circuited, the inverter will shut down, an alarm will sound and the indicator light will turn on.

Temperature control: If the temperature in the unit reaches 45℃ the two cooling fan will turn on or the load power is higher than 35%, the two cooling fan will turn on

Over Temperature Protection: when the inside temperature is over 75 ℃, the inverter will shut down,the indicator light will turn on and alarm will sound.

Q: How many hours your inverter can load?
A: The Use time depends on the size of the battery capacity .There is a formula:
Hours = battery capacity X battery voltage X 0.8X0.9 / load power
For example: a 12V 100AH batteryload a 220V 100W lights
Working time = 12 (V) X100 (AH) X0.8X0.9 / 100 (W) = 8.6 (h)


Q:What is a resistive load and the inductive load?
A:The circuit is purely resistive load or can be equivalent to pure resistance, such a load is a resistive load. For example: incandescent, electric fans and other resistive loads.Inductance type loads are inductive loads. For example: motors, transformers, pumps, air conditioning, etc.
If connecting with inductive loads (e.g. Compressor, Pump, old CRT TV, Refrigerator, Ice conditioner, Air conditioner, Relays,Fluorescent lamp, Vacuum cleaner), please choose inverter whose rate power is 3-7 times higher than the load's rate power.


What Size Power Inverter Do I Need?
The size you choose depends on the watts (or amps) of what you want to run (find the power consumption by referring to the specification plate on the appliance or tool). We recommend you buy a larger model than you think you'll need (at least 10% to 20% more than your largest load).


For inductive load


If connecting with inductive loads (e.g. Compressor, Pump, old CRT TV, Refrigerator, Ice conditioner, Air conditioner, Relays,Fluorescent lamp, Vacuum cleaner), please choose inverter whose rate power is 3-7 times higher than the load's rate power. For example, for a 150w refrigerator, please choose a 1000w inverter or higher; for a 800w air conditioner, please choose 2500w inverter or higher.


For Resistive load

If connecting with resistive loads (e.g. Computer, LED TV, Fan, Scanner, Fax machine, Duplicator, Sound system, Juice extractor, Heater, Electric cooker, Coffee maker, microwave, crock pot), please choose inverter whose continuous power is a little higher than the load's rate power. For example, for loads near 700w, it's better to choose inverter with continuous power more than 800w.
